Monthly Billing Terms

BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT” OR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE MONTHLY BILLING TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

CopyShark Software Trial Period. If you enroll in a $1 trial for the CopyShark Software Membership, you are not charged the monthly fee (of $59 every month) for 14 days from the date of purchase for the subscription membership. However, you will be required to provide payment information to pay for the CopyShark Software fees, including any taxes, which will be due once the trial period ends, unless you cancel as outlined below. New members only.

Charges and Automatic Renewals. On the day after your trial ends, your credit card or other payment method on file will be charged the CopyShark Software Subscription fees of 59 dollars 00 cents USD (exclusive of taxes) without obtaining your further confirmation. Further, your CopyShark Software Subscription membership will automatically renew each billing period of 1 month, and you will be charged 59 dollars 00 cents USD (exclusive of taxes) every month, until you cancel.

Cancellation. If you do not want to continue the with CopyShark Software Subscription after the trial period or if you wish to cancel the CopyShark Software Subscription at any time, you may do so by cancelling your plan in your billing portal in the CopyShark software app (located at app.copyshark.ai) or on our Website, by emailing us at support@copyshark.co with the subject line "Cancel CopyShark" at least 3 days before the next billing period with your full name and the email and physical address associated with your use of the Service. Your failure to cancel or your continued use of the CopyShark Software membership reaffirms that Company is authorized to charge you for, and you are responsible for paying, all CopyShark Software Subscription fees.
